We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove statements like "This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 25-Sep-2026. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants." That's metadata; we can drop it or fold into short p? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can drop that line entirely (metadata). Also "Join a financial services firm where your contributions are valued." That's part of about the role? Could be part of About the role. We'll need to extract sections. Let's parse content: - Intro: "Join a financial services firm where your contributions are valued. Edward Jones is a Fortune 500¹ company where people come first. With over 9 million clients and 20,000 financial advisors across the U.S. and Canada, we’re proud to be privately-owned, placing the focus on our clients rather than shareholder returns. Behind everything we do is our purpose: We partner for positive impact to improve the lives of our clients and colleagues, and together, better our communities and society. We are an innovative, flexible, and inclusive organization that attracts, develops, and inspires performance excellence and a sense of belonging. People are at the center of our partnership. Edward Jones associates are seen, heard, respected, and supported. This is what we believe makes us the best place to start or build your career. View our Purpose, Inclusion and Citizenship Report. ¹Fortune 500, published June 2024, data as of December 2023. Compensation provided for using, not obtaining, the rating." That's about the company. Could be "About the role" or "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put "About the role" heading and include that description. - "Team Overview Edward Jones Trust Company provides a full range of trust, investment management, and custody services to individuals, businesses, charitable organizations, and private foundations. Teams are responsible for new account onboarding and due diligence, account opening, branch training and education, business development, and the development and maintenance of marketing collateral and resources. The team also has accountability for enhancing and delivering the client experience in partnership and collaboration with Financial Advisors and branch teams, internal stakeholders, and external professionals including attorneys and CPAs." That could be part of About the role or maybe separate "Team Overview". But we only have allowed headings; we could incorporate into About the role. - "What You Will Do The Estate Settlement Trust Officer is responsible for the administration of trusts, estates and investment management accounts and serves as the primary relationship manager for these accounts. As an Estate Settlement Trust Officer, your responsibilities will include:" Then bullet list of responsibilities. Thus we need a Responsibilities section with

  • . - "*This position is known internally as a Trust Advisor I" maybe a note; could be part of Responsibilities or About the role. Probably include as a note in Responsibilities. - "What Experience You Need Bachelor's degree required or equivalent training, certification or work experience. 3 years+ trust and estate administration, or related legal or financial services experience required. Knowledge of trust administration principles, estate planning principles, taxes, and investment principles required. Strong written and verbal communication (especially in complex matters) and demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively train, delegate and follow up with others who provide service to the client and branch team Demonstrated advanced organization skills are essential." That's Requirements/Qualifications. Could be Requirements. - "What Could Set You Apart CTFA, J.D., CFP, CPA, or substantial progress toward professional certification strongly preferred. Advanced ability to manage real estate, TPP, and other unique assets and identify and mitigate risks related to those assets. Comprehensive knowledge of regulations and applicable laws, probate procedures, tax planning and wealth-transfer strategies. Demonstrated ability to balance compliance, legal, and business decisions. Ability to work in team-based environment, delegate work appropriately, and lead meetings effectively. Ability to use trust accounting system, Microsoft products and other automation tools. *Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week." That's Skills or Qualifications? Could be "Skills" or "Preferred Qualifications". We have Skills heading allowed. We'll put Skills. - Benefits: There's a paragraph about benefits: "At Edward Jones, we are building a place where everyone feels like they belong. We're proud of our associates' contributions to the firm and the recognitions we have received. Check out our U.S. awards and accolades: Insights & Information Blog Postings about Edward Jones Check out our Canadian awards and accolades: Insights & Information Blog Postings about Edward Jones Edward Jones does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, pregnancy, veteran status, genetic information or any other basis prohibited by applicable law. Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program. For more information on the Benefits available to Edward Jones associates, please visit our benefits page." We need Benefits section with list of benefits. We'll extract list items: medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage (provided at no cost), 401k retirement plan, tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, flexible spending account, ten paid holidays, 15 days vacation for new associates, sick time, personal days, paid day for volunteerism, bonuses and profit sharing eligibility, Employee Assistance Program. We should not include boilerplate like EEO statement? That's equal-opportunity boilerplate; we should remove it. Also "Check out our U.S. awards and accolades: Insights & Information Blog Postings about Edward Jones" etc is maybe not needed but could be considered fluff; but it's not boilerplate; it's about awards. Might be okay to keep but could be considered filler. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Awards not boilerplate; we can keep but maybe it's not substantive. However we can keep as part of About the role? Might be okay. Pay: No specific pay mentioned. So we should NOT create Pay section. Schedule: There's a note: "*Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week." That's schedule info (hybrid). So we can create Schedule section with that detail. Also there is mention of "This position is known internally as a Trust Advisor I" maybe we can put under Responsibilities as a note. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading with the job title. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Thus produce something like:
