About the role
Estate Planning Specialist - Dallas: This hybrid role sits on a financial planning team serving high-net-worth families in the Dallas area. You will help clients make sense of the estate plans they already have, spot what is missing, and talk through strategies that fit their long-term goals. The work is educational and analytical; no legal advice is given.
Responsibilities
- Read through wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related documents to flag risks and opportunities
- Meet with clients to collect and analyze their estate information
- Explain estate planning concepts in plain language
- Work alongside financial planners, investment counselors and tax managers
- Keep client and internal communication moving
Qualifications
10+ years in estate or trust planning with complex high-net-worth estates. A JD is required for senior-level hires; seasoned estate planners and senior trust paralegals are also welcome to apply. You build trust quickly and communicate clearly.

Pay
$130,000 - $235,000 total compensation (a package in the low $200Ks for senior hires), depending on experience.
