You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships for Regis families as their primary estate planning advisor
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of ultra-high net worth clients with complex estate needs
• Manage a team focused on driving exceptional client outcomes in estate planning
• Collaborate with both internal and external experts to integrate estate planning strategies
• Engage in client development through meetings and industry events to expand the client base
• Enhance the Regis platform by contributing to service model improvements and talent design
• Design and implement comprehensive, sophisticated estate plans utilizing advanced techniques and strategies

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning strongly preferred
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state
• 15+ years of estate planning experience, focusing on clients with $25M+ balance sheets; experience with $100M+ families required
• Deep understanding of federal transfer tax law and advanced wealth transfer planning techniques
• Experience in advising on business succession and estate planning implications for closely held businesses

Pay

$250,000 – $400,000 annually
