About the role

Our client is a well-known, Bucks County-based boutique firm specializing in estate planning and probate law.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate.
  • Draft, review, and amend a wide range of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds.
  • Represent clients in probate court proceedings and handle all aspects of probate administration.
  • Develop and implement effective estate planning strategies to ensure clients’ objectives are met and potential tax liabilities are minimized.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on complex estate planning matters.
  • Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to estate planning.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients’ interests effectively in probate court proceedings.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
