Estate Administration Attorney
PJI Law, PLC is a boutique, service-focused, and fast-growing Virginia law firm seeking a kind, smart, and motivated attorney to join our team in our Richmond office. We are looking for a full-time, Virginia-licensed attorney with experience in probate and estate administration who enjoys daily client interaction, designing and executing case strategies, and handling a caseload with significant independence while supported by a strong team.

Attorneys focus on excellent legal work without the burden of business development, marketing, or administrative tasks like filing documents or troubleshooting office equipment. Responsibilities
- Interact with clients daily to understand their needs and provide legal guidance.
- Design and execute strategies for probate and estate administration cases.
- Handle a caseload with significant independence while collaborating with a supportive team.
Requirements
- Virginia-licensed attorney (active and in good standing).
- Experience in probate and estate administration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect genuinely with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established policies and procedures.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience in fiduciary or estate litigation (a plus but not required).
- DC and/or Maryland law licenses (a plus but not required).

Pay
$120,000–$170,000+, depending on experience.
