Estate Administration Attorney
Job Details
- Manage all aspects of estate administration from start to finish, including probate, trust administration, estate planning, and related matters.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients regarding estate administration matters.
- Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Represent clients in probate court proceedings and handle any litigation related to estate administration.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to provide the highest level of legal services to clients.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments and changes in estate administration law and probate procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on their case and ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Absent any further information, admission to the state bar and in good standing is assumed.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in estate administration, with a particular focus on probate.
- Proven track record of successfully managing estate administration matters from start to finish.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
