About the role
To improve student achievement by assisting a licensed teacher in the planning and implementation of an educational program, including individualized education programs (IEPs). Assigned educational programs may include both general and special education settings.
Responsibilities
Assist licensed teachers in planning and implementing educational programs, including IEPs, in both general and special education settings.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics as required by ESSA for paraprofessionals in Title I schools.
- Provide transcripts and/or test results to verify ESSA proficiency.
Pay
Hourly range: $24.03 – $30.65.
Schedule
- 6.5 hours per day
- 188 days per year
