About the Role

To improve student achievement by assisting a licensed teacher in the planning and implementation of an educational program, including individualized education programs (IEPs). Assigned educational programs may include both general and special education settings.

ESSA Documentation Required: Yes. The federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) requires all paraprofessionals working in a Title I funded school to meet certain proficiency in reading, writing, and math. If you meet any of the ESSA requirements, you must register this information with the district by attaching transcripts and/or test results to your job application.

Schedule

6.25 hours per day, 188 days per year. Temporary position with benefits.

Pay

Hourly range: $24.03 - $30.65
