eSports Operations Specialist

Duties/Responsibilities

• Cook up the logistical planning and execution of competitive team operations.
• Facilitate facility management and event coordination.
• Oversee summer programming initiatives.
• Support outreach and recruitment through tournaments, leagues, and community events.
• Assist in supervising and managing student staff.
• Contribute to the coaching and development of competitive eSports teams.
• Manage the basic management of The Hartman Union Building.
• Lead professional staff during nighttime hours.

Requirements

• Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience: High School Diploma and 1 year of relevant experience in esports operations, event management, facility management, coaching, or related areas.
• Strong organizational, logistical, and project management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience managing gaming facilities or competitive event operations.
• Experience supervising and mentoring student staff.
• Experience planning tournaments, livestreams, or broadcast production.
