Duties/Responsibilities
- Cook up the logistical planning and execution of competitive team operations.
- Facilitate facility management and event coordination.
- Oversee summer programming initiatives.
- Support outreach and recruitment through tournaments, leagues, and community events.
- Assist in supervising and managing student staff.
- Contribute to the coaching and development of competitive eSports teams.
- Manage the basic management of The Hartman Union Building.
- Lead professional staff during nighttime hours.
Requirements
- Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience: High School Diploma and 1 year of relevant experience in esports operations, event management, facility management, coaching, or related areas.
- Strong organizational, logistical, and project management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience managing gaming facilities or competitive event operations.
- Experience supervising and mentoring student staff.
- Experience planning tournaments, livestreams, or broadcast production.
