for each section we include. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. No application instructions. Remove boilerplate: EEO, How to Apply, About Good Karma Sports, etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract. First, About the role paragraph: combine the introductory sentences. "ESPN West Palm and Good Karma Sports are seeking a full-time Partnership Coordinator to support the Marketing Consultants and the execution of advertising partnerships across ESPN West Palm’s portfolio of brands, including ESPN 106.3 FM, Deportes 760, ESPN Digital, Good Karma Premium Sports, signature events and community initiatives. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented and proactive teammate who enjoys working in a fast-paced sports and media environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is passionate about helping Marketing Consultants bring creative partnership ideas to life while delivering a strong experience for advertising partners. Be a Good Karma Sports ambassador by adhering to the company’s core values: Listen, Be Honest, Follow Through, Work Hard, Teamwork and Over Deliver." That seems good. Now Responsibilities: list bullet points. We need to include all responsibilities bullet points. Let's list them: 1. Send commercial schedules, digital screenshots, invoice copies, airchecks, video clips, social clips and other campaign deliverables to advertising partners and Marketing Consultants. 6. Assist with updating and creating presentations for prospective and current advertising partners, and participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaign presentations. 10. Collaborate with sales departments across other Good Karma Sports markets. 11. Perform other assigned tasks. Now Requirements: maybe driver's license requirement? Also maybe "non-exempt role with overtime eligible" is more schedule/pay. But we can put driver's license under Requirements. Also maybe "previous administrative, sales support, customer service, marketing or related experience is a plus, but not required." That's more qualifications/experience. Could be under Qualifications. Let's decide: - Requirements: mandatory items: valid driver's license. Possibly also "non-exempt role with overtime eligible" is not a requirement but a condition of employment; could go under Schedule. - Qualifications: experience plus, etc. - Skills: list of skills. But the instruction: Use sections only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for each. Let's map: About the role: as above. Responsibilities: bullet list. Requirements: "With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver’s license". Qualifications: "Previous administrative, sales support, customer service, marketing or related experience is a plus, but not required." Also maybe "Interest in sports, audio, digital media, events and marketing." That could be under Skills or Qualifications. But we have Skills section for skillsets; interest could be under Qualifications as a preference. Skills: list of skills: strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also working independently, proactive, dependable and willing to take initiative, ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities, proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and technology, experience with WideOrbit, JIRA or CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
