  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Write and optimize SQL queries in Spectrum and related databases to meet reporting needs.
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards, collaborating with the Data and Automation team.

    • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation to ensure work is transparent, maintainable, and easily transferable to other team members.

Requirements

  • Hands-on knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, and basic performance considerations).
  • Interest or experience in reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Power Query).
  • Familiarity with API integrations and system connectivity, or a strong ability to learn.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort learning new enterprise systems through training, documentation, and vendor support.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across all departments.
  • Ability to balance reactive support work with long-term projects.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience, preferably with SQL, reporting/BI tools, or system administration, gained through employment, internships, academic work, or personal projects. Prior experience with ERP systems or Viewpoint Spectrum is a plus but not required.
