Position Details
- Locations: Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, and Ahwatukee — assignments matched within 20 minutes of your preferred area
- HOURS: 4–6 hours per week | Availability needed Monday–Friday, 4:00–7:00 PM
- COST: $18–$27/hr (contract position) + performance bonuses
What We're Looking For
- Required: Demonstrated experience working with English Language Learners (ELL) in a tutoring or classroom setting
- Experience in ESL instruction, language acquisition strategies, and differentiated support for non-native speakers
- Currently enrolled in college or hold a college degree
- Strong communicator who can adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds and learning styles
- Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes
- Genuine passion for education and helping ELL students succeed
- Bonus: TOEFL certification — or currently working toward it — is a strong plus
