About the role
The ideal candidate will possess an active TN teaching license with an endorsement in ESL education. Previous job experience teaching ESL is preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Implementing learning plans
- Differentiated instruction
- Providing and supervising modifications
- Benchmarking and progress monitoring
- Intervention
- Consulting with other teachers
- ELPA assessments
- Any other necessary duties of a teacher
Essential Skills
- Completing ESL plans
- Working in a PLC with other teachers and administrators
- Conducting parent meetings
