ESIT Speech Language Pathologist

About the role

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position on our Early Support for Infants & Toddlers (ESIT) team will have the opportunity to help develop and scale a best-in-class Early Intervention program for ages 0-3. This position provides critical therapeutic support for children that have identified delays through the ESIT program. SLPs provide evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with neuromuscular disorders and/or developmental delays in speech, language, pre-speech (feeding), pre-linguistic (cognitive), and/or hearing abilities. They will ally closely with caregivers to understand their strengths, hopes, and needs that help develop a child-focused treatment plan. This position has access to protected healthcare information (PHI) or confidential identifiable information (CII), both paper and electronic, as necessary, to perform
