About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Escrow Officer to join our team. As a full-service title, settlement, underwriting, and vendor management services company, we support residential and commercial real estate transactions for real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations, and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely, efficient, and error-free closings.
• Process files, prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs) and HUDs, and complete all necessary paperwork and closing documents.
• Obtain lender approvals, order updates, and determine clearance to close.
• Build and grow business by servicing clients successfully and expanding your customer base.
• Proactively assist and support team members with respect and professionalism.
• Establish strong working relationships with Sales Representatives and participate in marketing and entertainment to increase the customer base.
• Deliver truly remarkable service by maintaining a friendly, outgoing, and solution-oriented approach.
• Represent the company professionally in appearance, actions, and conduct to employees and customers.
• Develop and maintain professional rapport with clients and new relationships to retain and grow the client base.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must successfully apply for an Escrow Officer License upon hiring if not already licensed.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience as an Escrow Officer/Closer.
• Technical and confident knowledge of the closing process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• This is an in-office position; remote work is not available.
