Escrow Officer (Independence Title - DFW Area)

Independence Title Company in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and work closely with internal team and clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient and error-free manner, executing closing professionally.
• Process files, prepare CD’s/HUD’s, prep and complete all necessary paperwork/closing documents required for the transaction.
• Obtain approval from lenders, order updates and determine clearance to close.
• Diligently build business, add to the business you bring, and service it successfully.
• Assist and support team members proactively, and communicate with respect.
• Establish a successful working relationship with Sales Reps and participate in marketing/entertainment to increase customer base.
• Create a positive image of the company through professional appearance, actions, and conduct to fellow employees and customers.
• Establish and maintain professional working rapport with clients and new relationships to retain and grow the client base.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must successfully apply for Escrow Officer License once onboard with the Company, if not already licensed.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience as an Escrow Officer/Closer.
• Technical and confident knowledge of the closing process.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• This is not a work-from-home position.
