Escrow, Insurance & Investor Relationship Specialist

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and update escrow and insurance accounts for loans.
• Process escrow payments and monitor tax and insurance statuses.
• Prepare and review escrow reports and secondary market loan sales documentation.
• Support secondary market reporting and investor certifications.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide related activity reports.
• Input and maintain HMDA data in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in loan servicing, escrow administration, or related financial services.
• A college degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with mortgage servicing software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $22.40 - $26.00 per hour. Exact offers will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

Full-time position with standard business hours.
