Escrow Assistant (Independence Title - Lakeway Office)
About the role
The Escrow Assistant at Independence Title in Austin, Texas is responsible for coordinating the collection of information and successfully communicating with customers by phone, email, or in person, as directed by the primary Escrow Officer. Additional duties may include frontend processing such as sending out contracts, commitments, orders, handling HOA documents, preparing files, and supporting the Closer and team.

- Preparing the necessary documents to prepare the file
- Serving as a support for the Closer and team as needed
Qualifications
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of Escrow experience
- Great communication and customer-oriented skills
- Able to work proficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Suite proficient
