Join Virginia Housing and help make a difference in a hybrid Escrow Analyst role. This position supports the Escrow Administration Department with auditing, adjusting, and analyzing escrow accounts to ensure compliance with state, federal, and investor guidelines, while passing the analysis cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Audit, adjust, and analyze escrow accounts to ensure compliance with all state, federal, and investor guidelines.
  • Process loss draft claims, restricted escrow, and escrow surplus disbursements accurately and timely.
  • Respond to customer and vendor inquiries via written and verbal communication.
  • Perform duties as needed based on Virginia Housing’s business requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Mortgage Servicing, Escrow Analysis, Insurance/Tax Servicing, including Loss Draft Claims.
  • Knowledge of RESPA guidelines, industry standards, consumer protection laws, and regulations impacting escrow operations.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and aptitude for figures and accounting functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and project initiatives with keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Prior working experience with Mortgage platform Black Knight/ICE/MSP.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, and SharePoint.

Pay

$47,000 - $63,000 annually.

Associates are required to live and work within the Commonwealth of Virginia. A background check, Conflict-of-Interest Act Disclosure form, and Secondary Employment Disclosure form are required as conditions of employment.
