What You’ll Be Doing
- Consistently work to be as safe a driver as possible, helping ensure the safe and efficient delivery of customers' dream homes with our team daily.
- Aid leadership in determining the best ways to move and set homes, including finding optimal routes and maneuvering around obstacles like telephone poles.
- Quickly and safely assist with various site preparations for the home, such as trimming trees, moving obstacles, and communicating potential issues.
- Work to become an expert with jobsite equipment, including the house tug, jadde, platypus, and other specialized equipment.
- Always look ahead, anticipate team and project needs, and problem-solve for the best solutions possible alongside the Transportation Supervisor or Hub leadership.

Pay
$20/hr+ based on experience, Paid weekly
What Could Make You a Great Fit
- 2+ years’ experience escorting large loads.
- An Escort License and DOT medical card.
- Minimal to no driving infractions, especially related to speeding, following too closely, handheld device usage, etc.
- Enjoy learning new things and working with your hands.
- The ability to climb ladders, crawl underneath homes, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- A positive attitude and always work to be a team player.
- Experience operating various machines and the ability to quickly learn new machines like our specialty equipment listed above (a plus).
