Escalations Specialist Swing Shift

About the role

Join our dynamic team as an Escalations Specialist, where you will be at the forefront of our security operations. In this role, you will monitor live and recorded camera footage to identify and respond to potential security risks, assess suspicious activities, follow client-specific protocols, and take swift action by contacting authorities when necessary. You will multitask across various computer programs, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Review camera footage and assess potential security risk events.
• Understand client-specific requirements and protocols.
• Deter suspicious or unwanted activity from client property.
• Contact appropriate authorities with urgency (Police, Fire, Guard, etc.).
• Answer inbound calls while utilizing a multi-line phone system.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects such as audits, process documentation, and research.
• Monitor camera alarms for assigned sites/stations and act based on events and severity of activity observed.
• Multitask using different computer programs.
• Work under pressure while observing and handling live criminal events.
• Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Maps effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of legally protected information.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Must always remain alert during working hours.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.

Skills

• Composure – Can handle stress and unexpected situations.
• Timely Decision Making – Able to make quick decisions under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Decision Quality – Most decisions are correct and accurate using analysis, wisdom, judgment, and experience.
• Strong typing skills – minimum 40 WPM.

• Proficiency in video monitoring software, Microsoft Office, and Google Maps.

Pay

$20.00 / hour

Schedule

• Full Time, Days Vary.
• Hours: 2pm - 10:30pm.
• Flexibility is essential; must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
