Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of assigned projects.
- Maintain accurate project records in company tracking systems.
- Track project milestones, schedules, and outstanding action items.
- Aid with project setup, documentation, purchase orders, and closeout activities.
- Cook up coordination with field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Monitor project status and follow up on missing information or required updates.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and project-related activities as needed.
- Ensure project files and documentation remain organized and current.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and project updates for leadership.
- Assist with invoicing support, documentation requests, and project reconciliation.
- Help identify potential scheduling or project issues and communicate them to the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- One to three years of project coordination, administrative, customer service, or operations experience are preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously is required.
- Construction, facilities, banking, or service industry experience is a plus but not required.
