About the role
The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a rotational program designed to accelerate the development and career of highly-motivated entry-level individuals aspiring to achieve leadership potential. Participants will gain diverse experiences through challenging rotational assignments, educational opportunities, mentorship, and leadership development conferences.
Responsibilities
- Gain experience in various operational functions, business areas, and product groups across the country.
- Rotations will expose participants to different business units, functions, facilities, and managers.
- Participate in an annual leadership development conference (LDC) to facilitate personal leadership growth.
- Work full-time on-site at major manufacturing locations such as Nashua, NH; Austin, TX; Cedar Rapids, IA; Fort Wayne, IN; and Endicott, NY.
- Relocate annually to one of these sites during the program.
Requirements
- For OLDP I: Bachelor’s degree by June 2027.
- For OLDP II: Master’s degree by June 2027 OR 2+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Relevant internship and/or military experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.), Data Science (Analytics), or Business Administration.
- Superior communication abilities.
- Participation in a variety of extracurricular activities.
- Ability to relocate annually.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64,926 - $110,374. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.
