The Long-Term Intervention Aide Substitutes will provide support to teachers in the classroom, assist students with special needs, and help maintain a safe and organized learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in the classroom

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License
• Ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with special needs is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of educational technology tools
