About the role

We are seeking a childcare provider or social pedagogical assistant to join our Wald-KiTa "Bergkinder" in Schönwalde starting as soon as possible for 25 hours per week on a temporary basis for one year.

Responsibilities

• Responsible planning, preparation, and execution of educational work
• Whole-child promotion and participation of children
• Care of children in small groups
• Implementation of educational offers in small groups
• Observation and documentation of supervision responsibilities, responsibility, and care for each child's person
• Implementation of the institution's concept and educational guidelines of Schleswig-Holstein
• Emotional support for the children
• Hygiene and health care
• Parental work and conversations
• SPA Care of children in small groups
• Participation in planning, preparation, and execution of educational work
• Observation of supervision responsibilities, responsibility, and care for each child's person
• Implementation of educational offers in small groups
• Whole-child promotion and participation of children
• Emotional support for the children
• Hygiene and health care
• Participation in planning and execution of parent meetings

Requirements

• A state-accredited education as a childcare provider or social pedagogical assistant
• Experience in nature and forest pedagogy
• Enjoy working with children
• Responsibility, communication, and teamwork skills
• Identification with the Child Protection Association and its values

• Passionate about the job
• Ability to work independently
• Good organizational skills
