About the role

Lounge Interieur Zwolle is a cozy home furnishings store offering beautiful sofas, armchairs, tables, chairs, home accessories, wall decor, and rugs. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic sales advisor to join our weekend team. You will be one of our ambassadors, ensuring customers feel welcome and leave happy. Your passion for interior design, commercial insight, and customer-focused approach will help translate customers' interior wishes into purchases.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic customer service in our store.
• Use your commercial skills and passion for interior design to advise customers and drive sales.
• Ensure customers leave satisfied with their purchases and overall shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and inspiring work environment.

Requirements

• Available to work weekends.
• Minimum MBO (vocational) work and thinking level.
• Strong sense of styling and interior design.
• Proven experience in a similar sales or advisory role.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch; English and German are a plus.
• Commercially driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Team player mentality.
• Experience with SketchUp is a plus.
