Responsibilities

• Identifies and formulates expected outcomes based on diagnoses, ensuring they are realistic, attainable, and culturally appropriate.
• Develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare providers, ensuring continuity and documentation.
• Implements interventions from the plan of care safely, timely, and appropriately, documenting actions taken.
• Evaluates patient progress towards outcomes, revising diagnoses, outcomes, and plans of care as needed.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff, maintaining professional relationships and promoting a positive environment.
• Educates patients and families on health conditions, procedures, and care plans, ensuring understanding and compliance.
• Participates in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and nursing practices.
• Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring patient rights and needs are respected and addressed.
• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and continuously.
• Analyzes assessment data to determine and validate diagnoses with the patient, family, and healthcare providers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: Associate's of Nursing [Required]; Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
• Work Experience: 1+ Acute care nursing experience [Preferred]
• Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]; Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]; Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]; Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]; Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) [Preferred]

Pay

Pay Range: $30.70 - $55.47

Sign on Bonus: $25,000 for eligible candidates

Up to 20% differential of total base pay based on level advancement, aligned to education and certification progression to support career growth.

Schedule

Full time, Shift: Day-Weekend (United States of America)

Work Schedule: Friday‑Sunday or Saturday‑Monday, 7 am‑7 pm
