Responsibilities

• Introduce the company’s services—especially childbirth savings programs, family services, and cafeteria plans—to potential clients
• Negotiate and finalize contracts
• Develop new business relationships and identify and expand the customer base
• Maintain and nurture an established client portfolio

Requirements

• At least a secondary-level education
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Determination, goal-orientation, diligence, and a results-driven mindset
• Clean criminal record
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to issue invoices

Qualifications

• Higher education in a relevant field is an advantage
• Experience in finance or sales is a plus
