ERS- NETA Electrical Services Sales Specialist - Dallas

About the role

This position provides sales and marketing support to meet regional goals. Responsibilities include supporting sales efforts, making customer presentations, and promoting company services.

Responsibilities

• Support sales efforts by making regular calls on existing accounts and establishing contacts with new accounts.
• Develop proposals for company services in collaboration with Operations Department and corporate staff.
• Implement monthly marketing plans and assist in corporate needs for new service assessments, marketing research, and literature development.
• Participate in public relations activities and attend trade shows and professional societies.
• Give presentations for the company’s training services and speaker’s bureau.
• Contribute to the Area Management Committee and provide input on sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate engineer (BSEE/BSME) with no experience, or graduate of electrical technical school with 5 years of similar work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 8 years of similar work experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and some overnight travel.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Frequent lifting and moving up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting and moving 100-pound test sets.
• Regularly required to sit, climb, and balance.
