Key Job Responsibilities

• Own automated testing for ERP systems at Leo.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca to ensure comprehensive test coverage and efficiency.
• Implement and manage automation frameworks specifically for SAP and other third party applications, ensuring robust testing and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and QA professionals, to define and refine test strategies.

• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 year managing test suites for ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with Tosca automation tools, building test scripts, end-to-end testing, negative testing, and regression testing suites.
• Experience with performance testing, load testing, regression testing, and incorporation of various testing in the development life cycle.
• Demonstrated understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with test management tools and version control systems.

• Experience testing SAP applications, with a high-level understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.

Pay & Benefits

Base salary range: $115,800.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually (USA, WA, Bellevue). Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
