Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years professional experience in the US, preferably in manufacturing or complex technology/electronics environments
• 9–14+ years in project management or PMO roles
• Proven experience supporting large-scale SAP programs (S/4HANA, Sales Cloud/CE, Service Cloud)
• Strong understanding of SAP program structures (Explore–Realize–Deploy), SAP governance, cross-functional dependencies, and data/testing lifecycle
• Skilled in PMO toolsets: MS Project, SharePoint/Teams, Excel, and portfolio dashboards
• Demonstrated experience driving enterprise adoption of project/portfolio tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence resistant audiences using data-driven arguments
• Experience with PPM tools (Project for the Web, Monday.com, Asana)
• US Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship)
