ERP Project Manager

About the role

Central Moloney is hiring an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) at our large-scale manufacturing facility. This is a high-visibility role for a seasoned project manager who knows how to bring structure to complex, cross-functional initiatives — someone who can manage timelines and scope, hold vendors accountable, and keep engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT moving in the same direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting
• Ensure alignment and communication across all stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans
• Escalate critical risks and decisions as needed
• Manage relationships with third-party implementation partners
• Track partner deliverables and hold vendors accountable to timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate internal and external resources
• Establish project governance structures, including steering committees and escalation paths
• Provide regular status reporting to leadership, including progress, risks, and key decisions
• Ensure documentation of project activities and decisions
• Develop and execute cutover and go-live plans
• Coordinate readiness activities across business and IT teams
• Support stabilization efforts post go-live

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of project management experience, including ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) implementations
• Experience in engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturing environments
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site ERP deployments
