Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a project management and reporting subject matter expert for Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Maintain and improve ERP configurations, workflows, permissions, and operational processes related to project management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for:
- Project management
- Resource planning
- Employee utilization
- Project financial performance
- Organizational leadership
- Understand and support project accounting structures, utilization metrics, forecasting, backlog, profitability, and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with internal business analyst, project managers and leadership to improve ERP adoption and business processes.
- Aid in developing company standards, procedures, and best practices related to ERP usage.
Leadership & Support
- Provide support and training to project managers and organizational leaders.
- Cook up coordination with the Finance ERP Manager and HRIS Manager for best practice approaches of integrated software.
- Translate operational needs into practical technology solutions.
- Maintain documentation for workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate across operational, technical, accounting, and executive teams.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience administering ERP within the AEC industry preferred.
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting engineering or architectural project management operations preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Relevant ERP certifications are a plus.
