ERP Program Lead (NetSuite SME)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary NetSuite ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Lead ERP enhancement, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT to identify and address process inefficiencies.
• Design and implement future-state ERP solutions that improve operational performance and scalability.
• Lead ERP-related projects from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Manage and coordinate external ERP consultants and vendors.
• Oversee integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, including CRM and product configurator platforms.
• Develop workflows, process documentation, and recommendations for system improvements.
• Provide guidance and support to ERP users and internal teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, priorities, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure ERP processes align with business objectives and support long-term growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, administration, or enterprise systems leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Prominent track record leading ERP projects and business process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with ERP integrations, data flows, and third-party applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM platforms and product configurator systems.
• Knowledge of MRP, supply chain, inventory management, and production planning processes.
• Experience with ERP automation, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.

Key Requirements

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Southwest Idaho.
• Able to work onsite a minimum of four days per week.
• Comfortable working directly with business leaders, stakeholders, and external ERP consulting partners.
• Capable of driving ERP transformation initiatives from current-state processes to future-state solutions.
