ERP Program Lead (NetSuite SME)

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary NetSuite ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Lead ERP enhancement, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT to identify and address process inefficiencies.
- Design and implement future-state ERP solutions that improve operational performance and scalability.
- Lead ERP-related projects from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
- Manage and coordinate external ERP consultants and vendors.
- Oversee integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, including CRM and product configurator platforms.
- Develop workflows, process documentation, and recommendations for system improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to ERP users and internal teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, priorities, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure ERP processes align with business objectives and support long-term growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, administration, or enterprise systems leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
- Prominent track record leading ERP projects and business process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with ERP integrations, data flows, and third-party applications.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM platforms and product configurator systems.
- Knowledge of MRP, supply chain, inventory management, and production planning processes.
- Experience with ERP automation, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
Key Requirements
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Southwest Idaho.
- Able to work onsite a minimum of four days per week.
- Comfortable working directly with business leaders, stakeholders, and external ERP consulting partners.
- Capable of driving ERP transformation initiatives from current-state processes to future-state solutions.
