As our ERP & IT Systems Specialist, you'll look after our NetSuite environment and the Celigo integrations that connect Shopify POS (US/Canada), TikTok Shop, and our other platforms, so data stays accurate, secure, and ready to grow with us. You'll also be the steady hand behind our stores and corporate office, supporting POS devices, printers, networking, and Apple devices through Apple Business Manager. You'll help bring each new store opening to life with on-site setup and troubleshooting, working closely with vendors and our IT Systems Manager along the way. Job Title: ERP & IT Systems Specialist Pay Range: $75,000 to $85,000 What You'll Do Provide day-to-day NetSuite support, including user access management, configuration updates, and troubleshooting errorsHelp support our overall systems architecture, ensuring connected platforms work together reliably and on a scale with the businessBuild, maintain, and troubleshoot Celigo integrations supporting Shopify POS (US/Canada), TikTok Shop, and other connected platformsSupport troubleshooting across integrated systems to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and securityAssist with system upgrades, implementations, and new technology rollouts including testing, API adjustments, user training, and documentationDocument system configurations, integration workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for retail store technology, including Shopify POS devices, receipt printers, scanners, security cameras, media players, and store networkingDeliver technical support for corporate office equipment, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and Wi-Fi/network connectivitySupport new store openings with on-site IT setup, device deployment, and troubleshootingCoordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, replacements, and technical supportAnalyze IT issues and escalate high-impact problems to the IT Systems Manager as neededManage store Apple devices through Apple Business Manager (ABM)Partner with internal departments to resolve technical issues and support business operationsAssist with tracking IT-related expenses, vendor costs, and operational budgetsCollaborate with local and Seoul IT team members to support ongoing projects and company growth What You Bring 1–2 years of IT support or systems administration experienceBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferredHands-on experience supporting an ERP platformExperience with system integrations and APIs (Celigo or similar middleware a plus)Comfort troubleshooting hardware and retail/POS technologyProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook and Excel)Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skillsSelf-starter who adapts well to a fast-paced, evolving environment and is eager to learn new technologiesExperience working in the retail or ecommerce industry preferredFamiliarity with system integrations preferredExperience supporting multi-system environments and API integrations preferred Job Details Job Type: Full-timePay Range: $75,000 to $85,000 per year, dependent on experienceWork Location: on-site 5 days per weekBenefits Include: medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, product perks!
