Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of integration initiatives across ERP and connected enterprise applications to support business operations.
- Create and refine mapping structures that enable reliable data exchange between core systems and third-party platforms.
- Design, implement, and support integrations involving eCommerce tools, graphics and pre-press applications, workflow systems, expense platforms, and document management solutions.
- Convert functional and technical needs into clear solution architectures that align with operational goals and long-term scalability.
- Produce and maintain architectural documentation, analysis, and supporting materials in collaboration with technical and business leads.
- Establish integration and API standards, governance practices, and support procedures to improve consistency across the environment.
- Provide user guidance, develop training materials, and support knowledge sharing for integrated applications and processes.
- Assess new technologies and recommend adoption strategies based on business value, technical fit, and maintainability.
- Promote ongoing improvement in integration methods, technical capability, and domain expertise across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in an Application Lead, Integration Lead, or comparable technical leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, Jitterbit, or MuleSoft over the past 3 to 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration design, solution architecture, and API development practices.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Business Central, NetSuite, Acumatica, Epicor, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint Online, DocuWare or other document workflow tools, Magento or similar eCommerce solutions, and automation tools such as UiPath.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs, process documentation, and implementation plans.
- Exposure to SQL, reporting tools, Power BI, ABAP, change management practices, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
