ERP Clerk- Production 1st Shift

About the role

Oats Overnight is a vertically integrated, high‑protein drinkable oatmeal brand that has reached over a million customers direct‑to‑consumer since 2016 and is now scaling nationwide through major retail and club partners. The ERP Coordinator works on the production floor, partnering directly with production leads and supervisors to adjust inventory databases and process finished goods. Every teammate holds equity as we build a generational CPG brand.

Schedule

Monday – Friday

Responsibilities

• Entering finished goods into inventory system
• Moving finished goods inside inventory system
• Closing work orders
• Auditing work orders
• Consuming materials inside inventory system
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience required, or experience in a data‑entry position
• Basic math skills, including ability to convert between US measurements and the metric system
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, and other computer programs
• ERP experience preferred
• Some Spanish preferred

Physical demands

• Must be able to work near food ingredients, with exposure to food allergens
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Location: inside an air‑conditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment
• Able to sit, walk, and move around for long hours at a time
• Must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
• Must be able to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
