ERP Change Management and Training Lead, Accounting Transformation Group

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Change and Training Manager to lead organizational change, communications, training, and adoption for a multi-year transformation of Amazon’s Finance ERP platform. This leader will work across Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Internal Controls, SAP, and implementation partners to prepare impacted teams for new systems, processes, controls, roles, and ways of working. This role will translate the ERP transformation roadmap into an executable change and training strategy. The Change and Training Manager will assess organizational impacts, identify affected stakeholder groups, develop targeted communications and learning plans, and measure adoption throughout design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
