ERP Architect - Workday
Location: Portland, OR
About the role
Execute day-to-day activities of Workday managed services engagements for a variety of post-production clients, including enhancement and optimization initiatives, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvement, and road mapping activities. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering timely solutions and collaborating with clients to strategize and advance post-production goals. Support cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions. Lead analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday solutions, maintaining detailed documentation of processes and configurations. Assess new features, conduct regression testing, and oversee system update implementations as part of release management.
Responsibilities
- Provide managed services support for Workday post-production clients, including enhancements and optimizations.
- Deliver break/fix support, release management, and new feature deployments.
- Collaborate with clients to strategize and advance post-production goals.
- Support cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
- Lead analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes and configurations.
- Assess new Workday features, conduct regression testing, and oversee system updates.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting with direct client interaction in Workday Accounting Center.
- Required Workday certification/skills in Accounting Center.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management in a managed services environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively and facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
