About the role

We are hiring an ERP Analyst V, an executive-track role focused on global ERP strategy, enterprise-wide automation, and digital transformation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-million-dollar global ERP programs, ensuring seamless implementation across multiple regions.
• Oversee ERP strategy, system governance, and enterprise-wide process standardization.
• Design and implement AI-powered ERP analytics, predictive automation, and business intelligence frameworks.
• Act as a trusted ERP advisor to Fortune 500 executives, delivering enterprise system roadmaps and optimization strategies.
• Define ERP compliance, security, and regulatory best practices for complex, high-risk industries.
• Manage cross-functional teams in ERP transformation, system integration, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Spearhead strategic partnerships with ERP vendors, automation providers, and AI analytics firms.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in Microsoft D365 F&O, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar enterprise ERP systems.
• Proven experience in global ERP deployments, multi-continent rollouts, and cross-border compliance strategies.
• Strong background in enterprise business intelligence, predictive analytics, and ERP-driven AI automation.
• Expertise in ERP risk management, security governance, and compliance best practices.
• Ability to define and execute ERP roadmaps at the enterprise level, balancing agility, security, and efficiency.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar ERP programs and IT transformation projects.
• Thought leadership in ERP automation, AI-driven analytics, and predictive business intelligence.
• Ability to engage with global executives and influence ERP investment decisions.
• Expertise in ERP modernization, cloud migrations, and enterprise software transformation.
• Strong track record in ERP process reengineering, business workflow automation, and digital-first innovation strategies.
• Experience in negotiating ERP vendor contracts, licensing models, and long-term technology partnerships.
