About the Role

We are hiring an ERP Analyst IV, a senior leadership role focused on ERP system strategy, business process automation, and large-scale enterprise implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ERP implementations and system upgrades, ensuring seamless execution.
• Oversee enterprise ERP configurations, including finance, procurement, and supply chain modules.
• Manage ERP automation strategies to optimize financial operations, procurement, and inventory management.
• Define data migration, integration, and security governance strategies for ERP deployments.
• Work closely with technical teams to implement AI-driven analytics and predictive insights.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and business teams to align ERP functionality with corporate strategy.
• Develop custom dashboards and real-time reporting tools using Power BI and ERP analytics.
• Serve as an ERP SME (Subject Matter Expert) for troubleshooting, performance optimization, and compliance.
• Own the end-to-end ERP lifecycle, from process discovery to post-go-live optimization.
• Design and implement AI-driven ERP automation solutions, ensuring cost efficiency and scalability.
• Drive ERP governance, compliance, and risk management strategies for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Partner with CIOs, CFOs, and IT directors to create long-term ERP modernization roadmaps.
• Oversee global ERP deployment strategies, ensuring multi-location standardization and localization compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams in ERP data governance, system security, and role-based access control strategies.
• Mentor and train ERP teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and skills development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft D365 F&O, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms.
• Expertise in finance, supply chain, and procurement process optimization within ERP systems.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale ERP rollouts, system migrations, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ERP security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Experience working with SQL, Power BI, and AI-driven ERP analytics tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP issues, ensuring system stability and scalability.
• Track record of defining and executing enterprise ERP digital transformation projects.
• Deep experience in ERP governance, data management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Proven leadership experience working with C-suite executives, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
• Strong ability to align ERP modernization strategies with enterprise business goals.
• Expertise in AI-powered ERP automation, predictive analytics, and self-healing system frameworks.
• Ability to mentor and develop ERP teams, driving knowledge sharing and best practices adoption.
