About the role
This position plays a key role in the installation of erosion control products throughout a multi-state area. The construction season is March-December and hours vary week to week depending on the work load. This position is a great opportunity for those who are willing to work in a team-like setting and are willing to travel throughout the US for days/weeks at a time. This position also offers the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of Erosion Control products
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry materials that are up to 100lbs
- Ability to navigate steep/rough terrain
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust and cold
- Ability to observe and comply with all company and specific site safety and project policies
- Able to achieve acceptable workmanship standards set by the project foreman
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a crew setting
- Must possess a valid Driver's license
- Willingness to take direction and complete tasks
- Class A CDL a plus

Pay
The starting wage is $19.00/hr with benefits. Projects with federally set wage rates of $22.50/hr - $42.00/hr.
Schedule
The season includes March-December.
