About the role

We are looking for dedicated occupational therapists to join our passionate team, helping children with developmental impairments unlock their full potential. As an enabler of daily activities, you will tailor treatment plans to the individual goals of your young clients and provide supportive parent counseling. You will accompany children on their developmental journey with joy, reliability, and heart, while actively contributing to our interdisciplinary team in therapy and support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct anamnesis interviews and ergotherapeutic therapies
  • Assess the developmental status of children using assessments and screenings
  • Plan and execute targeted therapy sessions
  • Provide counseling to parents and professionals
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and contribute to support planning
  • Document therapies and write reports during regular working hours

Requirements

  • Professional qualification as an occupational therapist
  • Reliability, curiosity, and a desire for personal development through further training
  • Driver’s license (Class B) and own car
