About the role

Ergon Associated Asphalt Partners is seeking a Terminal Operator II to join their team. This role is responsible for operating terminal equipment and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate terminal equipment including cranes, trucks, and forklifts.
• Load and unload materials from vehicles and storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on terminal equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of terminal operations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Skills

• Proficient in operating heavy machinery.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
