About the role

Ergon Asphalt and Emulsions seeks a Facility Operator to manage the day-to-day operations of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong operational skills and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for facility improvements
• Document and report on facility performance metrics

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in facility management or operations
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Experience with industrial machinery and equipment

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
