Responsibilities

• Provide emergency veterinary care in a team-based environment.
• Guide and collaborate with a skilled technician team.
• Contribute progressive ideas and a growth mindset to the practice.

Requirements

• Self-aware, confident, and positive leadership skills.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Surgical experience is a plus (training available).
• Dedicated, upbeat, and ready to make an impact.

Pay

• Competitive salary.
• Monthly production bonuses with NO negative accruals.
• Sign-on bonuses up to $50,000.
• No non-compete agreement.

Schedule

• Option 1: Three 12-hour shifts per week (12 shifts/month).
• Option 2: Two 15-hour shifts per week (8 shifts/month).
