EVCC is seeking a skilled Veterinary Website Development Specialist to join our team. We are a leading provider of veterinary website solutions and are looking for someone who can help us continue to grow and innovate in this field.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and a passion for creating user-friendly, visually appealing websites for veterinary practices. They should be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, and have experience working with content management systems like WordPress.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality veterinary websites from concept to launch
- Collaborate with veterinarians and practice managers to understand their needs and goals
- Ensure all websites meet accessibility standards and are optimized for search engines
- Implement responsive design to ensure sites look great on all devices
- Work closely with graphic designers to create engaging and professional website designs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SEO best practices
- Experience with database management and SQL
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
