What We're Looking For
- Career in emergency care settings
- Patient-focused and compassionate
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced situations
- Completion of relevant courses (medical assistant, nursing assistant, phlebotomy, EMT)
- Certified Medical Assistant or 6 months of acute care ED experience
- First Responder certification preferred
- Crisis Prevention Training within 6 months of hire

What You Will Do
- Assist in patient assessment and treatment
- Provide direct care tasks like dressing changes and specimen collection
- Aid in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Support physicians during minor procedures
- Document care and assist in data collection
- Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
