Our client, a large technology company, is seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join their Centralized Investigations team as an Employee Relations Investigator, supporting their NA locations. The central objective of the team is to thoroughly and expeditiously interview associates and contractors in a fair, unbiased and consistent manner. The ideal candidate for this position has strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrates an ability to earn trust, dive deep and work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee and labor relations issues
