ER Discharge Coordinator
Job Summary
The ER Discharge Coordinator at HCA HealthONE Swedish is responsible for Point of Care (PoC) Patient Bedside scheduling as part of the company’s centralized ER and Urgent Care Follow-up programs. The role aims to increase contact rate, scheduling immediacy, and improve overall patient experience.
